Episode 6 – A Little Less Gray and a Lot More Kelly

Kelly Got some new Doctor Who fabric from Joanns and Marvel fabric from the Sew Cherie Etsy shop.  While Kelly was at Joanns, she picked up a package of Clover Latch Hook Needles.  She also got a new Doctor Who funko pop.  Kelly funded a kickstarter and received the book “Shay and Ivy Beyond the Kingdom” by Sheena McFeely.  Sandy’s new item was Doctor Who fabric that Kelly got for her at Joanns.

Kelly finshed her Moonrover Doctor Who polwarth fiber.  It is caked up and ready to be knitted.  She is thinking about making the Daniel a Diagonally Striped Cowl by Ursula Lasser.  Kelly is almost done with her socks out of the Knit Picks Felici yarn in the Building Blocks colorway.  She is working on her Miss Winkle shawlette in the CuppyCake Yarnz in the “Rainbow Dash” colorway.

Sandy finished the Cozy Cocoon Shawl!  Sandy is working on the Morvarch Shawl from the Celtic Cable Shawls book out of gray hand spun.  She recently cast on for a chevron cowl using the Whisper Lace yarn in the Alhambra colorway.

Kelly finished All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.  Sandy started Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon.  This summer is the Summer of Marvel in which both Kelly and Sandy catch up or rewatch the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in the “correct” order.
